Monte Pittman is an acclaimed rock musician, guitarist and songwriter, who just released his second album, “Pain, Love & Destiny” on Oct. 3.
Grab your copy on Amazon and everywhere.
Within its first week, the album hit #1 Pop Album, #10 Rock Album and #30 Top Albums on CD Baby, and broke the Top 200 on iTunes. which is quite a feat for a completely independent artist. It’s an explosive, testosterone-fueled rock album chock full of electrifying and transcendent guitar solos, and lyrics offering up an ancient, surreal campfire tale of Faustian deals, death and rebirth. The album also features Kelle Rhoads (Randy’s brother) on piano.
Monte has also been the live guitarist and a co-writer of Madonna’s since 2001, the live guitarist and music director for Adam Lambert, and former member of Prong . He is also the #1 top-funded rock musician in the history of Kickstarter, having raised a staggering $65,500 from fans to finance the new album.
Next year, he will even have his own special edition guitar being released by a major guitar brand.
Take a look.. It is worth a closer listen.

Oh yes – love this album!!!!!
This album is so good I’ve started buying additional copies to give to my friends! If you have a chance to see Monte perform live don’t miss it. These songs are great acoustic or electric!
Monte Pittman is bringing ROCK back!
This album, plain & simple, just rocks! This album has kept my interest ever since I got it and I find myself playing it over and over again. All of the songs are great, chocked full of incredible guitar work. I just love the metal influence on some songs. My favorites keep changing the more I listen. Highly recommended!
I have this album, and it’s AMAZING. Not one of those ones where you have to skip over songs- EVERY SINGLE TRACK is good. It’s been a long time since I’ve had a good new rock album! I hope people find this and buy it- they’ll love it.
